Industrial Street: the September Lookbook

One of our favorite lookbooks to date. Shot on a sweltering hot day on the street in front of our office in the Arts District - downtown Los Angeles. If you are familiar with the Biscuit Lofts, then you know where this was photographed! If you are not familiar, The Biscuit was originally built in 1925 as a factory for Nabisco and converted into work/Live lofts in 2006. Before moving to Los Angeles, we didn't know areas like this existed in this city. The Arts District has a cool laid back vibe, a little hipster mixed in with the edgy music scene mixed in with regular folks who like the urban environment. This means some of the best restaurants in the city are within walking distance such as Bestia and Church & State, but you also have a some really great down to earth joints such as Tony's Saloon. Sometimes you need not look any further than your own backyard for inspiration.
