Los Angeles Brunch Spots: Cafe Gratitude in DTLA Arts District

With four locations in the Los Angeles area, Cafe Gratitude is about as LA as it gets. If you're looking for a clean plant-based menu with good vibes, look no further. We started coming here when we decided to cut dairy our of our diet, but we keep coming back for the food and the atmosphere. The decor is absolutely beautiful and they have a dog-friendly patio, so we like to walk here from our office downtown for breakfast or lunch. They have quite a few gluten-free options and an excellent fresh juice selection, so it's a great place to come if you are eating clean and want to have a guilt-free yet satisfying meal.

The Arts District has experienced a lot of growth in recent years. Other highlights in the area include Blue Bottle Coffee, Zinc Cafe and The Urban Radish. There's also a really cool book store nearby called Hennessey & Ingalls that carries a large inventory of art, architecture & design books. It's a great place to browse for inspiration before or after your meal.

They accept reservations and walk-ins. They also have a to-go counter where you can order a coffee or take out from their menu. As of this posting they have free 90 minute parking with validation in the adjoining lot, which is a really nice perk.
