We accept returns on un-worn merchandise within 20 days of original purchase date for store credit only. We do not offer refunds.

After the return has been received and processed we will email the customer an electronic gift card code that can be entered easily at checkout. Store credits do not expire and can be used towards any purchase from our website.
Sale items ending in .99 cents are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note all tags must be attached. We are not able to accept your return if the tags have been removed. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our requirements.
Return shipping: We'll provide a return shipping label for domestic returns with a $10 handling fee that will be deducted from your store credit. We do not offer return shipping labels for hats. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning their hat. Please email customer service if you need assistance with your hat return since you will not be able to use our online return system. We do not offer return labels for international returns.
Store credits: We'll issue an easy to use Soleil Blue Gift Card via email once your return has been received and processed. We do our best to process and send your credit as quickly as possible. Store credits do not expire and may be applied towards any future purchase at soleilblue.com.
Exchanges: We've made it super easy! Return the goods and we will email you a store credit in the form of a gift card that you can use to place a new order for the desired size or a completely new item.
Pre-orders: Our regular return policy applies, except your returns deadline starts at ship date instead of order date. Please email us directly if you are not able to obtain your return authorization with form below.
Damaged items: Please be careful with garments when trying on. We are not responsible for damages caused by trying on items that are too small. Please also take extra care with zippers, buttons and fragile fabrics. Damage claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Hat returns: We do not offer return shipping labels for hats. Please contact us for return instructions if you need to return a hat.
