Shipping



DELIVERY TIMES

  • Please keep in mind that our delivery estimates are provided to us by our carriers. We will do our best to ensure timely delivery. On a rare occasion, packages can arrive outside of the estimated time-frame.
  • We ship daily Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. Most orders will ship same day if placed before 10am PST Mon-Fri.
  • Orders placed after 10am PST or on weekends/holidays will ship the following business day in most cases. 
  • Shipping may take longer during heavy volume days, especially during seasonal sales.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Standard Shipping is $10 for orders under $250. Estimated delivery in 3-5 business days once shipped. 
  • Free Domestic shipping when you spend $250 or more. Estimated delivery in 3-5 business days once shipped. 
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver® delivers in 1 business day once shipped. Please note UPS does not refund fees for shipments that are late due to weather delays or other factors that are beyond their control. Please see UPS website for more details.

  • Once shipped, an e-mail with tracking information will be sent end of business day.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING CONDITIONS

  • A signature may be required for domestic packages at our discretion. High value packages or those being delivered to businesses/apartments/condos may require a signature upon delivery. This policy is designed to protect our customers from theft or loss.
  • If the tracking status says the package was delivered we will consider the transaction completed. Recipient is responsible for all security of the delivery address.  If customer cannot locate the package, they should contact local USPS/UPS regarding specifics of delivery. If theft is suspected, customer should file a theft report. We do not offer replacements or refunds for packages that show a "delivered" status in the USPS or UPS tracking system.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CONDITIONS

  • We ship Internationally to many countries. Please be aware that customs and duties taxes may be charged by your country upon arrival. Soleilblue.com is not responsible for these fees and cannot determine how much they will be. These taxes are determined by the destination country and are not included in your shipping costs. All duties and taxes must be paid at time of delivery.

PO BOXES & APO's

  • We ship to PO Boxes (within the US) & APO's. Please select USPS Priority Mail at checkout. For international deliveries please provide an alternate address. DHL does not deliver to PO boxes.

PRE-ORDERS

  • If you place an order with pre-order & in stock items we'll wait for the pre-order items to come in before we ship. If you would like the in stock items to ship right away please place a separate order.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Because our order fulfillment process is designed to get the order to you as quickly as possible, we are usually not able to accept cancellations or modifications to an order after it has been placed. In some cases, we may be able to cancel within 15 minutes of placing the order. Please contact us ASAP if you need to cancel an order.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

  • If a customer decides to refuse a shipment from us, they are still responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to soleilblue.com.
  • This amount will be subtracted from the refund total when received. In the event that the cost of the shipping, duties and taxes exceeds the cost of the merchandise, the customer will be billed for any additional fees that are incurred for the refused package.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

  • Occasionally customers enter an incorrect address at checkout. If you have made an error please be sure to contact us ASAP. We cannot guarantee that the change can be made, but we will do our best. Unfortunately, we cannot change the address after it has shipped.

RETURN TO SENDER

  • We may charge a 5% restocking fee for return to sender packages plus the actual cost of shipping including any return to sender fees that are charged to us for your returned package. High value packages or those being delivered to businesses/apartments/condos may require a signature upon delivery. This policy is designed to protect our customers from theft or loss. UPS will generally make 3 delivery attempts before they mark the package "return to sender". USPS has a redelivery option that can be submitted on the tracking page. USPS packages can also be picked up and signed for at your local USPS branch. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking and to arrange redelivery or pick up according to the tracking instructions.
